HHO Dynamic PWM for Diesel 24V – What is used for?
Mostly for trucks, buses, or any other equipment, which have a 24V charging system. Firstly, the amount of HHO you need is based most of all on the engine RPM. If you have high engine RPMs, you need more HHO to maintain the correct HHO to air ratio going into the engine. Likewise, at low RPMs or at idle, you need much less HHO. The DynamicPWM will be set for the correct amperage at your cruise RPMs but will change its output based on the engine RPM’s It will adjust the HHO output to match the engine’s needs. This will result in better fuel mileage gains with your HHO generator.
Secondly and most important is to reduce the high load on the alternator when the engine has lower RPM’s. For instance, most Constant Current PWM’s keep the amps constant, and when you stop at a traffic light, your engine has lower RPM’s, but the load is still too high as it’s set to be. So, most modern cars ECU’s taking readings from the alternator what load it has and, depending on the load, calculates how much extra fuel to inject to keep the minimal RPM’s exactly to what they been set up in the fuel map (especially Common Rail Diesel). Practically your car injecting extra fuel when you stop because of the big load with Constant Current PWM.
Our Dynamic PWM keeps 5 amps on a lower RPM’s and increases to 20 amps when you press the gas pedal and increase the RPM’s.
Why is it set to 5 amps for lower RPMs?
After many tests, the graphs showed us that most cars do not inject an extra amount of fuel with 5 amps of load. Therefore it is set up to keep 5 amps on lower RPMs.
Why is it set to a maximum of 20 amps?
After the tests we have done, we found that more than 20 amps @ any RPM injecting extra fuel. Therefore our software setup limits the Dynamic PWM to 20 amps no matter how high RPM’s you have. Also, more Amps means more heat and more steam, which we do not need. If your Dry Cell has a good MMW, this will be enough.
How Dynamic is PWM working?
Dynamic PWM is taking readings from its shock sensor or signal wire.
We have two versions available – diesel and petrol.
Dynamic PWM for diesel engines has a shock sensor that should be attached to the engine block, and it’s read the vibrations from the engine, so this way, it’s calculating how many RPMs have your engine.
Dynamic PWM for petrol engines has only a wire that takes a signal from the negative wire on one of your engine injectors. It should be attached to the NEGATIVE wire on the injector.
You can easily set up lower RPMs on the engine in both versions, and higher RPM’s to reach a maximum of 20 amps. For example, it could reach 20 amps at 1500 RPM’s or 1800 RPMs or even 2800 RPMs.
